Abogado USA Inmigración is located at 1648 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77080, USA. This address places the firm in a commercial area within Houston, offering a specific geographical point for potential clients to locate. Gessner Road is a well-trafficked street in west Houston, which may offer various routes for access depending on a client's starting point within the sprawling Houston metropolitan area. For residents across Houston and nearby communities in Texas, the firm's location provides a physical address for in-person visits.

The accessibility of the firm would largely depend on typical Houston traffic patterns and the availability of parking in the immediate vicinity of 1648 Gessner Road. Clients relying on personal vehicles would need to consider the ease of driving to and parking at this location. For those utilizing public transportation, assessing the proximity and connectivity of local bus routes to Gessner Road would be a relevant factor. The specific nature of the building and suite within the commercial landscape of Gessner Road would influence the overall client experience in terms of arrival and waiting areas.

While the address provides a fixed location, the ease of access and the environment once inside the office are significant considerations for clients, especially when dealing with sensitive legal matters. Services Offered
  • Initial Consultations (Reported as potentially charged despite prior communication): Clients have reported being told initial consultations were free, but later incurred charges. This suggests a service that may provide initial information and assessments of legal situations, though the billing structure for these initial interactions appears to be a point of contention in customer feedback.
  • Immigration Information & Guidance: The firm's name, "Abogado USA Inmigración," suggests a focus on immigration law. Services likely include providing information regarding immigration processes, though client experiences indicate issues with the clarity and quality of answers received during consultations.
  • Case Management (Reported as problematic): Clients indicate that once payments are made, progress on cases can be "paused for a long time," suggesting a service that initiates case work but may struggle with ongoing management and communication.
  • Financial Transactions (Reported as primary focus): Reviews suggest that the firm's primary focus is on "charging money" rather than "actually working on your case" or "making progress on the case." This implies that processing payments is a key service aspect, though without commensurate legal work.
  • Communication via Phone/Text (Reported as poor): Clients describe difficulties reaching the firm via phone (calls go to voicemail) and receiving no responses to texts from the person they were working with, indicating a breakdown in communication services.
Features / Highlights
  • Reported Free Consultation Miscommunication: A significant highlight, though negative, is the discrepancy where clients were informed of no charge for consultation but then incurred payments without perceived value.
  • Multi-Monitor Setup (Lawyer's Office): The lawyer's office is described as having "4-5 computer monitor screens," which might suggest a technologically equipped workspace, although customer reviews indicate it did not translate into effective client service.
  • Phone Line & Data Entry Personnel: The presence of "2 morons on the phone line that are connected to the computer and are supposed to type in our information" highlights a system for client intake and data management, albeit one that clients found inefficient and problematic.
  • Lawyer's Distraction (Reported): A concerning feature reported is the lawyer being "more focused on playing with his grandkid & arguing with the 2 morons on the phone" during client visits, suggesting a lack of focus on the client's immediate needs.
  • Focus on Charging Money (Reported): A recurring theme in reviews is the perception that the firm "focuses more on charging money instead of actually working on your case," indicating a highlight (or lowlight) of their business model.
  • Lack of Case Progress & Communication (Reported): Clients highlight long periods of no progress on cases, with calls going unanswered and texts unresponded to, signifying a significant flaw in their client relations and case management.
  • No Refunds Policy (Implied from warnings): The advice to "Don’t make the mistake I did and make any kind of payment til you’re sure this is the service that’s wanted because you won’t get that money refunded" implies a strict no-refund policy that is a key feature of their financial operations.
Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the provided customer reviews, Abogado USA Inmigración appears to have communicated a "no charge for a consult" policy to some clients, which was then reportedly contradicted by an actual payment being made. This suggests that while a free consultation might be presented as an initial offer, the actual practice might differ, leading to client dissatisfaction regarding unexpected charges without commensurate value.

There is no other publicly available information in the provided data about any other promotions or special offers, such as discounted rates for certain services, package deals, or free initial assessments. The focus in the reviews is heavily on financial transactions and perceived lack of service progression after payment, rather than on any beneficial offers for clients.

Prospective clients considering Abogado USA Inmigración should exercise extreme caution regarding any stated "free" offers and clarify all financial terms in writing before making any payments. It is crucial to understand the firm's billing practices fully, including any potential charges for consultations or initial assessments, and their refund policy, as reviews suggest difficulties in this area. Direct contact with the firm to seek explicit, written confirmation of any promotional offers and their terms is highly recommended.

  • Mobile Phone: +1 281-221-3272

Conclusion: Why this place is suitable for locals

When considering legal representation, particularly for critical matters like immigration, Texans seek a law firm that demonstrates professionalism, clear communication, consistent progress, and a genuine commitment to their case. Based on the provided client reviews, Abogado USA Inmigración, located at 1648 Gessner Rd, Houston, TX 77080, presents a profile that may not align with these expectations for many local users.

Client feedback highlights significant concerns regarding the firm's operational practices. Reports of being charged for allegedly free consultations, a perceived focus on generating payments over case progression, and severe communication breakdowns (unanswered calls and texts, lack of updates for extended periods) are critical red flags. Descriptions of the lawyer being distracted during office visits and staff disorganization further contribute to a picture of an environment that may not foster confidence or provide the diligent attention that complex legal cases demand.

For Texans who work hard for their money and seek reliable legal assistance, the experiences shared by former clients suggest that entrusting their case to Abogado USA Inmigración could lead to frustration, financial loss, and a lack of progress. The strong warnings against making payments without absolute certainty about the desired service, coupled with reported non-refundable policies, indicate a high-risk scenario for potential clients.

Therefore, while Abogado USA Inmigración is physically located in Houston and theoretically accessible to locals, the pervasive negative experiences shared in the reviews indicate that this firm may not be suitable for Texans looking for a professional, responsive, and progress-oriented legal partner. Prospective clients are strongly advised to heed these warnings, proceed with extreme caution, and thoroughly explore other legal options within the Texas region that demonstrate a clear commitment to client satisfaction and case resolution.

If i could give it ZERO stars i would. I’m not the type to write reviews but for this one i got time. I was told that there wasn’t a charge for a consult so my husband and I went to try and get info. I made a payment and was expecting to get good answers from the lawyer which was my mistake. The lawyer has like 4-5 computer monitor screens and has 2 morons on the phone line that are connected to the computer and are supposed to type in our information. So during the whole time we were in our office visit they kept getting mixed up and talking over one another and the lawyer was more focused on playing with his grandkid & arguing with the 2 morons on the phone. I’ve heard from other clients that this lawyer focuses more on charging money instead of actually working on your case. Don’t make the mistake I did and make any kind of payment til you’re sure this is the service that’s wanted because you won’t get that money refunded or your case will be paused for a long time if you made the payment in full. They only worry about making money and not making progress on the case. With that being said really think about were you’re putting your money towards too. And if the lady from the office that i spoke too is reading this ponte las pilas que estás bien lenta y pendeja.

I had trust on this people thinking they would know what to do with my green card renewal, but they instead of following that case they open a new case and I went to the interview and the inmigration official told me " we are not the ones burning your hill its your attorney that didn't file the right form!! I spent a lot of money and time and I got very stressed over something that it was simple. And he still wanted to charge more to fill the form he never filed from the beginning!!
