This indicates a strong commitment to client care and communication.
  • Concerns Raised by Other Clients: However, one review highlighted significant concerns about case management, including a prolonged timeline, alleged failure to include relevant insurance in a lawsuit, withholding medical recommendations, and perceived self-interest over client health. Promotions or Special Offers

The provided information indicates that Abraham, Watkins, Nichols, Agosto, Aziz & Stogner takes all personal injury cases on a contingency fee basis. This is a standard and highly beneficial practice within the personal injury legal field, meaning:

  • Free Initial Consultation: The firm offers free consultations for personal injury clients. This allows prospective clients to discuss their case, understand their legal options, and determine if the firm is the right fit without any upfront financial commitment.
  • No Upfront Legal Fees: Clients are generally not required to pay any legal fees out of their own pocket at the beginning of their case. This significantly reduces the financial burden on individuals who may be facing medical expenses and lost income due to their injuries.
  • "No Win, No Fee" Guarantee: The firm's legal fees are typically a predetermined percentage of the compensation they successfully secure for the client, whether through a settlement negotiated out of court or a favorable verdict awarded in court. If the firm does not win the case or obtain compensation, the client generally owes no attorney's fees.

This contingency fee structure makes high-quality legal representation accessible to a broad range of injured individuals, regardless of their immediate financial situation. It aligns the firm's success directly with that of their clients, as they only get paid if they achieve a favorable outcome. While this is a common industry standard for personal injury firms, the explicit mention reinforces their client-friendly approach to fees.

Victoria was exceptional and made the entire process as smooth and efficient as possible. She kept me informed at every stage, ensuring that all documentation with doctors and insurance was handled promptly, and she followed up consistently to keep everything on track. Beyond her professionalism, she showed an incredible level of empathy, treating me like a person, not just a case number. I couldn’t be happier with the outcome of the settlement. I’ve worked with other firms before, but none made me feel as confident and valued as Abraham Watkins. Highly recommended!

Just be careful with this law firm. I have a case for almost two . With Uber . To make this long story short They filed lawsuit against the driver who was at fault but didn’t have insurance, they know that from day one. They never included court INTACT insurance they have $ 1,000,000 cover. For medical and I was entitled of . They sent to do medical treatment for my shoulder and back . Three letters from to different doctors recommended back surgery, with the cost of $ 200k. Guess what they did ? Withheld those letters with insurance adjuster for more one year . I always for the surgery and they always tell me to wait , with all this waiting the contract with intact expired . Because it’s only good for two years . They paid all medical bills for $81,000 without my permission. Now I filled a complain with state bar for the lawyers and state department of insurance for the adjusters . Open your your eyes 👀👀 they careless about your health or pain . They just want the 💰💰

Honestly, it was an awesome experience and I am grateful to have been represented by the firm. They are very professional, fair, and great at getting Justice. I want to give a big shining light to Spencer Speed and his Ms.Scarlet , they were their every step of the way and kept me informed . Mr.Spencer fought for me till the end and got me the best possible result even when the insurance company denied to compensate me . Not only did he put up a great fight, he made sure I received most of my settlement. Thank you again Mr. Spencer !

I saw a comment from Greg Smith about Abraham Watkins taking 40% and fees. There was a reply stating they don't from the law firm but I can attest to them taking 40% as a client and I saw under 5k from my 10k settlement. The firm hasn't been hard to deal with and they are rather good lawyers aside from the excessive fees. My only issue is them lying in the responses because I definitely was charged 40% in fees and saw under 5k. I also had to beg them just to file my claim for EIF when other law firms had filed claims for veterans with much less proof. I do feel defeated when it comes to how they're handling us but it's nothing new.
