This was my second time using Lisa Godfrey and I’m very satisfied. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. I had her review my business lease both times and she diligently picked apart every area where the leasing was going to take advantage of me. I would highly advise anyone looking to lease a commercial property to use her to protect yourself, those commercial leasing or property management companies are very sneaky and manipulative and it definitely pays to have a attorney that knows every way they attempt to deceive and get it addressed before you sign.
She was to collect money for our company on a job we done. She let a real-estate lawyer beat her down. She didn't even get enough money to cover pay roll much less the equipment expenses.
Lisa Godfrey at Knox Law was so easy to work with, as she helped my wife and I prepare and execute our will. That's certainly not something you think about every day, but there's a comfort in knowing that everything is spelled out in case anything happens. I've also had excellent experiences with Allen Brotherton, Francis Knox, and John Folk, at the same firm. I'd highly suggest them to assist you with your needs as well.
I have worked with Lisa Godfrey and Knox law firm on several projects. She is awesome, inevitably there is always some task that client needs to do. Get it done or you will have an email looking for said task. For me I need that kind of follow up. Like I said she is awesome and will use her service again. MP
We have used Lisa repeatedly for our business and corporate needs. She has always be immediately responsive to our needs and helped to direct us through our corporate questions, aquisitions and remedies in an expeditious informative manner. We recommend Lisa often and know once you have experienced her attentiveness and knowledge will do the same!
