My process with Bailey immigration was very smooth and I was always notified of any updates on my application. I am very happy with the service provided, even my mom and wife have a case pending with them and we have nothing but good things to say about the firm. Legal assistant Carolina helped me and my mom with my process and I'm very thankful to her for doing such a good job on it. I would definitely recommend them with anyone who needs help in any immigration matter. Thank you!

I had good experience with the office I am very satisfied with the experience I had here. I had gone to another attorney before but this office actually got things done and I can proudly say I got my residency today. My first language is French and I was relieved to see that they have a French attorney, Ian Royer in the office to make me feel comfortable with communication. I will be doing all future immigration processes here and have even referred my friends here. I am very happy and would always recommend them with anyone. Thank you.

My spouse and I shopped" around for an immigration attorney in the Portland area. Not knowing much about Diana Bailey's firm, we took a chance and chose her office. We were a bit familiar from seeing her TV commercials. From the beginning, we were treated professionally and courteously. We met with Diana on the first visit, and then were assigned to one of her staff for our residency process to begin. Through every step of the process, we were in good hands. There were times that we felt like throwing up our arms and giving up, but Bailey kept us informed, prepared, and gave us a level of comfort that kept us going. When we got our waiver and then ultimately the appointment date, Miguel guided us through every single step; every single detail. He had us so prepared for the trip to Ciudad Juarez, that it seemed effortless. Now, granted, the process is not that easy. It involves a TON of patience and diligence to prepare for a somewhat stressful process, but without Bailey and Miguel, we feel that it would have been a lot more difficult to achieve our dream. If you need an immigration attorney that truly cares and advocates for you every step of the way, we highly recommend Bailey Immigration. We were so ecstatic to receive the residency approval, and owe it all to Diana's office.

This firm was amazing to work with. Our Lawyer Erin was super nice and helpful. Every step of the way she helped us understand what was going on and kept us informed at all times. A big thank you to the whole firm. We are so appreciative of all the hard work they did for our family on our case. I would and do recommend them to anyone in need of immigration legal services.

Reading through some of the lower star reviews it appears many people have scheduling issues. My wife and I never experienced any scheduling issues and they were quite accommodating with our schedules. The paralegal that worked our case was EXTREMELY quick replying to emails that were sent, even outside of normal business hours. She went above and beyond for us. They were very clear on the process, what forms were needed, and what was expected from us. They wont hold your hand through gathering your documents but they shouldn't have to. That falls on you. Overall I am very satisfied with Bailey Immigration. While the process is far from fun they made it as painless as it could be.
