In the specialized field of civil rights and employment law, particularly for cases involving discrimination and harassment, firms typically do not offer "promotions" in the traditional sense. However, the California Civil Rights Law Group provides significant benefits that can be considered invaluable "offers" to Californians seeking legal redress.
A primary "offer" that is common among reputable civil rights firms is working on a contingency fee basis for eligible cases. While not explicitly stated in the provided information for this specific firm, it is standard practice for many employment discrimination and civil rights cases. This means that clients often do not pay attorney fees upfront; instead, the legal fees are a percentage of the compensation recovered if the case is successful. This arrangement significantly reduces the financial barrier to justice for individuals who may be out of work or facing financial strain due to the discrimination they've endured. It allows them to pursue their rights without incurring substantial hourly legal costs.
Furthermore, a crucial "offer" for prospective clients is the provision of initial consultations. While the terms (e.g., free or nominal fee) for these consultations are not specified in the provided data, the opportunity to discuss one's situation with a knowledgeable attorney like Molly (as mentioned in a review) and receive "valuable guidance" on next steps is an essential service. This initial engagement allows individuals to understand their legal options, assess the strength of their case, and gain peace of mind without immediate financial commitment, making quality legal advice accessible to more Californians.
For Californians seeking dedicated legal assistance in civil rights and employment matters, connecting with the California Civil Rights Law Group is straightforward.

I hired this firm to assist with a discrimination case against a former employer in 2022. It went well for the first 4 months, they were gathering evidence and guiding me through the arduous process of building a legal case. What they conveniently kept me in the dark about was that the main attorney on my case abruptly left the firm and I was assigned a new attorney with no prior knowledge of my case. The demand letter was sent and no response was received from the former employer. I decided to drop the case after learning of the previous attorney's departure. I did not want to risk losing in court and being left with considerable legal fees. I recently had the pleasure of hiring an injury law firm for a separate matter and the service was astounding, which is in sharp contrast to the poor service provided by this firm. Edit: Piss off. Lame excuses.
100% recommend CA Civil Rights Law Group. Even in my first consultation with Molly, she was absolutely thorough, meticulous, and insightful about my workplace situation, offering valuable guidance to me in navigating my next steps. This team is passionate, professional, and utterly knowledgable about their work. Knowing that I had such dedicated support made a difficult circumstance easier to experience, and I wholeheartedly recommend working with this group.
As a Division 1 student athlete facing discrimination from those who were supposed to support me the most, I sought to find a firm that would help me when I was at my most vulnerable. I was in a tricky position since I was not employed by the school, yet, CCRLG still gave me a chance. The amount of gratitude I have towards everyone on this team, especially Emily, Julianne, Kira, and Teo, is more than words can express. They took time to answer my questions and offer their support —sometimes it was hard to tease out that they were my legal team and not a group of mentors. I hope they realize that their support has helped me achieve a level of happiness I have not experienced in a long time. Thank you all for everything you’ve done.
Working with Nav, Larry, and their entire team were a Godsend to me. The amount of individual help and support they gave throughout my case was nothing short of amazing. At no point did I feel alone or on an island, I felt like they were there with me the entire time. They were always responsive if I had a question or needed personal help, EVERY member of their team cared. Small shout to Jean, thank you! I am adamant on the fact they deserve higher then 5 star ratings. You want them to represent you, they fight for truth and what is right. Metaphorically speaking, they slay evil giants.
This is a FIVE STAR Recommendation of the law firm CA Civil Rights Law Group and my AMAZING experience with Navruz Avloni, Esq. who shows great compassion for her clients while using her expertise to advocate and position her clients for success. Five traits that stood out about this excellent experience was the ability to have my lawyer feel accessible for my concerns at all times, strong writing skills & good judgment that helped me succeed and the active listening and perseverance of this team. I felt like I was being "backed up" by my family, not just a company- except under the expertise of a Super Lawyer with tremendous Wisdom and Compassion! I found myself feeling indebted to the good will and powerful advocacy provided by Navruz.
