Based on publicly available information, Patricia Doninger was primarily known for her role as a domestic violence commissioner and hearing master for the family court in Clark County, Nevada. She served in this capacity from late 1998 or early 1999 until June 2013. In this role, a domestic violence commissioner or hearing master typically:
- Hears cases related to domestic violence protective orders: This involves listening to testimony from both petitioners and respondents in cases where individuals seek legal protection from alleged abuse or harassment.
- Makes rulings on temporary protective orders: These legal orders aim to prevent contact or provide safety for individuals involved in domestic disputes.
- Manages courtroom proceedings: Overseeing the procedural aspects of cases, ensuring that legal processes are followed.
- Interacts with individuals involved in sensitive family law matters: These cases often involve highly personal and emotional situations, including issues of child custody and family safety.
- Assesses evidence and testimony: Evaluating information presented by parties to make informed decisions regarding protective orders and related matters.
It is important to note that a role as a commissioner or hearing master within the court system is distinct from that of a private practicing attorney who represents individual clients in a broader range of legal matters. Public records from the State Bar of California indicate that Patricia Doninger's license status is "Resigned" as of February 1, 2015, with "no charges pending" at the time of resignation. This suggests she is no longer actively practicing law or holding a judicial role in California, and similar status would apply in Nevada if she held a license there. Therefore, she would not be offering legal services in a private capacity at the address provided.

Public information concerning Patricia Doninger highlights certain aspects of her past professional life:
- Previous Role in Family Court: She served as a domestic violence commissioner and hearing master for the family court in Clark County, Nevada, for over a decade (late 1998/early 1999 to June 2013). This significant tenure indicates extensive experience within the specific context of family court proceedings, particularly those related to domestic violence protective orders.
- Involvement in High-Profile Incident: Public records and news reports indicate her involvement in a high-profile incident in August 2011, which led to an investigation and her eventual termination from her role on June 14, 2013. This incident involved allegations of a sexual assault by a court marshal within the courtroom, where Ms. Doninger was present. Her perceived lack of intervention during the incident, as captured on courtroom video, drew significant public scrutiny and criticism.
- Subject of Federal Lawsuit: Following the 2011 incident, a federal lawsuit was filed in April 2013, naming Ms. Doninger among other defendants, alleging civil rights violations.
- Public Scrutiny and Media Coverage: Her actions and subsequent dismissal from the family court garnered notable attention from local media, contributing to public discourse regarding judicial conduct and accountability.
The reviews provided reflect the public perception and concerns stemming from these widely reported incidents. While one review refers to an "absolute amazing fun party" which appears to be a misattribution or unrelated event, the other reviews explicitly refer to the courtroom incident and express strong negative sentiments regarding her performance and perceived lack of concern for justice during that event. These reviews state: "She is not doing her job. I am glad the video proof that she do not care about justice and she is not there at all. Fired her is not enough for what she did to all the victims since she allow it to be happened," and "She appears to be lost and completely impotent! The court room video tells me all that I need to know about her!"

Given the publicly available information regarding Patricia Doninger's professional status—specifically her resignation from the State Bar of California with no active practice status—it is highly unlikely that she is currently offering legal services or promotions in the typical sense of a practicing attorney or law firm. Her public profile indicates a past role within the judicial system rather than a private practice offering services to the general public. Therefore, there are no "promotions or special offers" to detail for current legal services.
For individuals seeking legal assistance in Nevada, it is always crucial to verify the active license status of any legal professional through the relevant state bar associations and to confirm their current practice areas before engaging their services.

Public records from the State Bar of California indicate her license status as "Resigned" with no current active practice. The provided reviews directly reflect the negative public perception associated with her past professional conduct in the courtroom, with individuals stating she was "not doing her job" and appeared "lost and completely impotent" based on video evidence.

She appears to be lost and completely impotent! The court room video tells me all that I need to know about her!
You watched an injustice unfold right in front of you in a courtroom you presided over. You sat in silence as a corrupt marshall attempted to ruin a womans life for exposing him all while you held her little two year old in your arms. You are a coward. I doubt anyone who sees that incident would believe that you would have the courage and conviciton to represent them in court. I hope that moment haunts you for the rest of your life.
I do not know this woman but I would say the video of her in the courtroom that day shows me everything I need to know. To have something like happen to you and her only response is "can we do something about the little girl". Not your best moment Patricia.
How dare you stand aside as a coward when a woman, a mother, is begging for your protection. How dare you continue to play with a child’s whose mother you are contributing to removing from her care. You deserve any karma that comes for you.
