Promotions or Special Offers

Johnson & Groninger PLLC consistently offers a free consultation for prospective clients in North Carolina. This allows individuals who have suffered an injury to discuss the specifics of their case with experienced attorneys without any initial financial obligation. It's an invaluable opportunity to understand their legal options, assess the potential strength of their claim, and determine the best path forward.

Furthermore, in personal injury and wrongful death cases, the firm operates on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients are not required to pay attorney fees upfront. Instead, the firm's legal fees are contingent upon a successful outcome; they only get paid if they secure compensation for the client through a settlement or a court award. Among the stand-out virtues of Bike Law (and Ann especially) is the very humane and personal approach they took with me. For most of us, getting hit by a car is bewildering, and it's been enormously helpful to have someone who understands my experience and its legal and financial implications. I felt listened to and supported by Bike Law, and I very much recommend them.

After a recent bicycle-auto accident I contacted J&G for advice and was blown away by how responsive and professional Ann and her team (especially Jana and Marisa) have been. They reviewed the details I provided and patiently explained the law and the processes involved in accident claims. Both by email and phone they were always there to assist and I can't say enough about the team. There's no better law firm in NC when it comes to injury law and I highly recommend them. They are simply the best.

Four months after a car accident which damaged my bicycles, I am still battling with the insurance company of the party at fault. I reached out to Ann, who responded immediately with a connection to Jana. She patiently listened and thoroughly explained various options to help me. I am so grateful to feel like someone understood my concerns. Hopefully I will not have to pursue further legal assistance, but if I do, I will go to Ann and Jana without hesitation! 5 star work for sure!

Wonderful firm, lawyers, and people who helped me through a tough time with a serious pedestrian personal injury situation. I was fortunate to be referred to Helen Baddour at Johnson & Groninger without even knowing they actually specialize in pedestrian/bicyclist injury and immediately decided to work with Helen and her team. Helen, Ann Groninger, Mindy McMurry, and everyone else (some of whom are now working for their Durham location) supported me and my case over the months it took to resolve and were supportive, communicative, caring, incisive, and appropriately aggressive throughout. They're a smaller firm than all of the volume billboard guys so you receive personal attention from everyone, but they still have incredible resources, connections, and brain trust to handle a case excellently. The entire legal process was honestly surprisingly exhausting and I can't imagine going through that all with a lawyer who is less personally invested, protective, or capable as Helen. Mindy was my #1 email buddy for sending trees worth of documents back and forth and was always on top of everything and immediately responsive. Ann provided guidance and support on multiple occasions, which I really appreciated from one of the firm's partners, and I know the whole firm strategized often about my case. Ultimately, we came to a very favorable outcome, without which all of the above is commendable but pointless. I hope to never work with them again (I bet no lawyer has ever heard that joke before), but I will absolutely use them in the future if necessary and would recommend them to anyone. TLDR - Helen Baddour and Johnson & Groninger are amazing, and I can't recommend them highly enough if you need an NC personal injury attorney.

Ann and Jana helped my boyfriend and I after a serious cycling incident that left me with an overnight ER visit and fractured clavicle/wrist. This would have been an even more traumatic experience had it not been for Ann and her team helping us along the way. They were very thorough, kept up excellent communication with me throughout the entire two years my claim went on for, and helped me settle for only the best, two surgeries later. Jana & Ann, thank you so much for your hard work and representing the cycling community in CLT!
