Definitely five stars. Easily. As stated in my review, they went above and beyond, especially once the ordeal was settled. A very heartfelt thank you for being available. Answering my questions. And especially after the case was wrapped up. You were still, and continue to be available to me answering questions. Thank you. You and your employees were absolutely wonderful during a dreadfully hard time. I think as long as people are patient they will be as happy as I. And that's the hardest part, being patient and not taking it out on the Attorney. It is a flawed system. Again, I can't appreciate you more. You did a lot for me.

I would give the a minus 5 star review if that was an option. Hands down the most unprofessional, uninformed, ignorant attorneys I've ever had the bad luck to associate with. In 2018 I hired them to file my SSDI case and in August of 2024, 6 years later we finally had a hearing and my attorney brought the wrong file and was asking for a continuance to get records on a car wreck and resulting surgery ( that I've never had) when I had applied for disability due to a brain aneurysm rupture and clipping. As a result of their incompetence I was subsequently denied benefits and when I asked them to appeal they just quit taking or returning my phone calls. So here I sit still with zero income and looking for an attorney to sue this firm. Any one have a number I can call to get this accomplished?

Waisted over a year of time waiting and hoping for help from them. Applied, waited. Terrible communication. Called and called and told multiple times that someone would call back. Nothing. Finally, one day they called saying i was denied over 5 months ago. They never told me. I only had 60 days to appeal but they never notified me. Now i fear i have to reapply and wait another year or so with another firm or representative.

They want to help. As long as it makes them money. Otherwise they don’t care at all. I was told I would be a waste of their time. Great way to treat a disabled person seeking help. Just like lawyers they are only about their own self interests.

Yes I got directions to this law firm, but I was curious about them and wanted to know if they were located here in Portland, Oregon. Now the reasoning behind that is do to the fact that I began receiving calls and text messages from them shortly after I was denied my SSI benefits. I see Kerr Robichaux & Carr as ambulance chasers but I now know that they were giving my contact information by the Social Security department. Yes they hound me and harassed me, but for good reasons. You see they knew that I needed legal advice and representation plus that I had a time frame for my appeal. Well I'm glad that they did what they did or I wouldn't be where I'm at with Social Security Services and my benefits. Thank you Kerr Robichaux & Carroll.
