This is the worst and most unprofessional attorney I have ever experienced in my life. I paid $200 and waited forty minutes over the appointment time for him to state there is no solution other than marriage. I am glad, I found another professional immigration attorney who explained many avenues to apply for a visa other than marriage. Based on other reviews as well, I hope one day he is removed from good standing with the DC Bar! Do NOT waste your time and money, as he takes advantage of ones with a vulnerable situation as he is unethical!

They rush through your work once you pay them their expensive fees because either they’re too busy with the work overload or just don’t care to review it with you. Don’t bother emailing them with a concern, they won’t respond. But email them how unsatisfied you are about simple things like spelling corrections and writing the wrong dates to USCIS and they’ll respond trying to put the blame on you instead of an apology since YOU are the client. Wouldn’t recommend. The first time I received their services 4 years ago was SO much better. The assistants aren’t helpful with your case, they aren’t informative. And good luck trying to reach Jose Pertierra himself. (you won’t.)

This review is not based in the quality of the services they are offering, but in their strong ties and support to the Cuban dictatorship. I'm just leaving my consideration about the moral values that this people fights for. Just deplorable.

The most aggressive and unprofessional attorney who practices law. It’s such a shame to see how an immigration attorney treats this vulnerable population.. It’s a shame that he’s on local television every week. Will be emailing Univision a copy of his response to my inquiry.
