I recently worked with the law office of Okan Sengun and would like to share my experience. Ms. Mercy was professional and friendly, which made the process more approachable. I also appreciated Mr. Serdar's quick responses to emails and his willingness to patiently address all my questions. Overall, I found their service to be efficient and supportive. I would recommend this law office to others seeking legal assistance.
Finally I got my asylum approval notice today, my team helped me during my immigration journey and they were very professional and reachable anytime I try to contact. I’m super satisfied with their team and I highly recommend this firm!
I am grateful for Okan and his team to help me through my journey of becoming a US Citizen. The Journey took over 10 years for my case, but they were there every step of the way. Open to communication and support in a process full of unknowns from start to the end. Much recommended.
Unprofessional team members! I wanted to get a consultation from him, but his assistant, Merve, informed me that they don’t work that way. They have a very basic appointment scheduling system through Square software. I tried to schedule an appointment as they requested, but there was no suitable option for my case. My case is complex, so I explained the details to her and kindly asked if she could check with Mr. Sengun to put me on the schedule for a consultation. However, she continued to direct me to their scheduling system and stated that they wouldn’t work with me otherwise. She also mentioned that they don’t take certain types of cases, which every immigration lawyer typically handles. Her knowledge about immigration seems limited.
Okan offices represented me and assisted me in obtaining my citizenship. Prior to that, you were of great assistance to me with my travel documents, Green Card, and work authorization. I sincerely felt that I am in good hands and am being taken care of. Your expertise, services, assistance and support I received from you is unparalleled.
