Reporting this as an opportunity to save the people of El Paso from making a grave legal mistake. First let point out, if you review Richard's history with the State Bar of Texas you will see a history of sanctions and reprimends citing misconduct and unethical conduct. In my family's case, he was very happy to accept our money to address my dead mother's property deed. After $4,000 he charged my family and 1 year later we are back to zero; nothing to show for in the legal process. Here is the crushing action Richard did, after a judicial hearing with we had with the judge {Annabelle Perez}, he made the decision to cancel our lawsuit without ever informing or consulting with us his clients, the reason? - Because the judge {Annabelle Perez} didn't like him, so we paid the price for it. We filed a grievance with the State Bar on this and many other complaints; the State Bar accepted our complaint as justable cause citing misconduct and/or disability by Richard A Roman. One last comment folks and this may be the dagger and the first time you ever hear this an attorney do, after dismissing Richard as our attorney in our case we requested our money back on the recommendation by the State Bar; Richard became upset and threatened to sue us! Threatened to his own clients, and subponea the defendants we were originally suing! Hopefully the state bar will protect the people of our city and not allow any further damage by him.

Changed my court from one to another, the former gave me a chance to hire a lawyer, Roman goes ahead and changes courts , supposedly because she judge didn't like him. This new judge did, whaaaat? Guess that has an effect on your case! Unethical. So anyways , he comes back and says nope nothing , their lawyer didn't want to budge. Losing house, wait a minute , didn't show me any paperwork, but does say that for 5000.00 more we can still go gack. Prior reviews of mine have been deleted. Responded, to me by saying that the case was for evacuation. Then why did you ask for more money. Do NOT TRUST HIM.
