Promotions or Special Offers

Based on the available information, the Law Offices of Armendariz & Holguin do not explicitly advertise specific "promotions" or "special offers" in the sense of discounts or limited-time deals for their legal services. However, they do highlight aspects of their fee structure and service approach that are beneficial to clients:

Instead of requiring a large lump sum upfront, clients may be able to pay their legal fees in installments, making legal representation more accessible. They accept payments by check or credit card.
  • Fee Options Provided: According to the State Bar of Texas profile for Albert Armendariz (a principal of the firm), they offer various fee options including:
    • Contingency Fees: Common in personal injury cases, where the attorney's fee is a percentage of the amount awarded in judgment or negotiated in settlement.

    • Hourly Rate: Charging a per-hour rate for time spent on a case.
It is important to note that "Not all payment options are available for all cases, and any payment arrangement must be agreed upon by the attorney and his/her client."
  • Paid Consultations: Information from Bookedin indicates that in-person and phone consultations are $250. While this is a fee, it signifies a structured approach to initial legal advice, ensuring dedicated time and expertise for potential clients.

TERRIBLE customer service. I was referred to Iliana by another lawyer whom I trust very much. I called last week after hours and left a message with my name and phone number. I never received a call back so I reached out again on Monday and was notified that Iliana isn’t in the office in Mondays and the front desk lady asked to leave a phone number and message—which I did— and was told that she would call back on Tuesday. It is now Wednesday and I have not received a call back. I can’t believe anyone would want to work with someone so unprofessional and unwilling to help. If the law firm puts as little priority to gaining new clients as they do their current client’s cases then I’m glad I’m not doing business with them.

The Good: Located very close to Highways and UTEP. Smelled nice inside. They were open. The Bad: No attorneys were present at the time when I needed one. Said I was to make an appointment. I come all the way from East Coast to see a local Immigration Attorney for someone else. They charge $150.00 for consultation which is standard; however I was inquiring for an attorney that I could refer business TO. I don't have any pending immigration issues. I wanted to find a local El Paso attorney to give business to, since there are many people that ask me, which attorney to use in Texas. Sorry but I can not recommend these attorneys at this time. Secretary was a bit short with me as well. Didn't feel she really was concerned with what I had to say. 2 Stars for location. There are 20+ attorneys in the area. Look somewhere else. Just an advice.

Iliana represented me in my Immigration case from 2005 to 2007. The Judge handling my case ordered me deported and Iliana was able to win my case on appeal. I am now a U.S citizen as well as a veteran of the United States Marine Corps. I would recommend Iliana to anyone looking for competent Immigration representation.
