I cannot recommend enough Levin and Pangilinan. Don is not only great at doing his job but he’s also an incredibly kind human being. I’ve been lucky enough to work with him on my H1B as well as my Green Card applications. Many years later I am now a US citizen and I am thankful to have been on this journey with no other than Don. Thank you for your pertinent advice and for your unwavering support.
**Updated: 5 stars (Revised on May 13, 2025)** The firm reached out to me and acknowledged they hadn't properly disclosed this would be a billable event. The charge has since been voided, so I've decided to give them another chance and have updated my rating to 4/5 stars. **Original review: 1/5 stars** I previously left a 5-star review for my own case, which was handled well. This review concerns a separate matter related to my wife’s immigration case. Over time, I’ve noticed the fees have become less transparent, and this isn’t the first time it’s happened. Despite that, I continued to refer friends and clients to Don because of the positive outcome of my case—even after my company ended its working relationship with him. Now, I feel a responsibility to warn others: while the firm is capable, billing practices have become increasingly unclear, and you should proceed with caution and request detailed estimates in writing before agreeing to new work.
I highly recommend Levin and Pangilinan PC for immigration services. Their small team offers top-notch service, led by talented attorneys like Cara and Don. Working with me for an extended period, Cara and Don consistently provided exceptional guidance and support. They successfully navigated my H1B visa and employment-based green card application (EB2), always paying careful attention to detail in my paperwork. Their meticulous approach was much appreciated. Before choosing Levin and Pangilinan PC, I consulted with several other attorneys, only to receive unsatisfactory or conflicting information. Cara and Don stood out with their reliability and knowledge throughout my immigration journey. I believe it's crucial to invest in a qualified and experienced attorney, especially for the lengthy and vital immigration process. Other attorneys I've dealt with made mistakes that forced me to reapply. Thanks to Cara and Don, I was able to extend my H1B visa after experiencing layoff time during 2020-2021 and have now received my green card. I'm super grateful for their assistance. The only downside to working with Levin and Pangilinan PC is their high volume of clients. Since they are a very busy firm, it's wise to reach out to them as early as possible if you have any questions or concerns about your immigration process. Despite this, they are certainly worth the wait. I must also mention their office assistants, who are fast in responding to messages and provide awesome support.

Philip Levin has been my family's immigration attorney for the past ten years. He handled my own citizenship application and a family member's green card, and I've been very impressed by his and his staff's thoroughness and efficiency. We received frequent updates on the status of our cases, which made the waiting period less difficult. Everyone in the office is pleasant and knowledgeable, and I recommend Mr. Levin and his associates highly.
