My husband and I worked with Aimee, Tiffany, and other members of the Life & Legacy Counselors team to set up our estate plan after our wedding. We appreciate their professionalism, clear communication, and patience because we had a lot of questions. Aimee was very thoughtful and the process was well thought out and smooth. We had such a great experience that we used Life and Legacy Counselors to set up my mother's estate as well.

I collaborated with Chayla for about 2-3 years, and initially, it was great when it aligned with her schedule. However, outside of those times, she appeared snappy, rude, disrespectful, and insensitive. Despite these behaviors, I continued working with her due to the valuable counseling she provided. Eventually, I expressed my concerns, and she chose to end our client relationship. I believe effective communication should be a two-way street. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to work with this emotional attorney again, as there seems to be a need to separate personal feelings from professional interactions.
