I can’t give 0 stars if not I would. Horrible experience. They told my mother they’d do so many things for her immigration case but when it came to it they did nothing at all. They charged a lot of money up front and no updates. Upon further investigation we found out they didn’t show up for an important court date or submitted proper documents that THEY charged for and said THEY would turn in. In one instance the son showed up late to a court appointment completely oblivious to the information on my mothers case. It’s embarrassing.. don’t waste your money these people don’t do their job. They assure you everything is going good but aren’t doing anything behind closed doors. I will be reporting to the State bar.

If you go on their website your clearly drawn to a pop up stating “free consultation”. I spent 3 days calling roughly 4-6 times each day trying to have a consult with one of the lawyers. The front desk receptionist kept telling me different things every time. I gave them my name and number and said to have the lawyer please contact me when available. I kept following up and still nothing. Finally after 3 days of trying one of the front desk receptionists gave me an email of a paralegal that might be able to assist me until I could talk to the lawyer. I sent out that email immediately and never heard back from the paralegal either. It’s been over 2 weeks. You should not advertise so blatantly “free consult” on your website if your not going to follow through with your word. They only care about you if you give them money! That’s the ticket in.

Terrible, my father was referred to this place. As soon as he paid in advance a very good amount of money, the attorney was only able to obtain his whole history record. Told him he would take the case. Only gave him copies of the files of his record. My dad paid money just for that. My father should have the originals documents for the price he paid. Since then this so call attorney does not respond to my fathers call to what further step to take. Please review, search any corporation before you asked them for any services.
