5 stars aren’t enough to rate my experience with this law firm. Attorney Clay Campbell exceeded my expectations. I just sat back and listened to him annihilate the opposing counsel. It was quite comical. When I did my consultation with him, he said “let me fight for you.” He definitely didn’t disappoint. The staff was always professional. His assistant always responded to my emails and calls. This was a real estate dispute. Clay kept me posted and when I didn’t hear from him, I was confident that he was working on my case. I purposely didn’t have a bothersome attitude. I just knew that I was in good hands. He exudes a “warrior” spirit and you can feel that you will not be defeated. I HIGHLY recommend this law firm. If they have an attorney that can represent you in your situation—don’t hesitate. Be like Nike and JUST DO IT!
The team at Marcellino and Tyson are fantastic! Danielle Walle and her team of Jenessa, Belinda, and Ryan are hands-on, informative, professional and detailed in their work. I have been with them for the past 3 years and they have helped me every step of the way! I couldn’t feel more comfortable in their hands to help protect my most precious loved ones and assets. They are kind, understanding, and genuine when it comes to their work. They also answer any questions you may have along the way, provide you many options, and help guide, protect, and advocate for you. I don’t know where I would be without Danielle Walle and her team. I am so grateful for them!
Marcellino and Tyson are by far the best team of lawyers around! Danielle Walle and her team (Jenessa, Ryan, and Belinda) are hard working and determined to help win your case. I needed a lawyer who would help walk and talk me through the process of everything while dealing with a high conflict divorce and custody case. Danielle Walle and her team have been excellent and I would rate them 5 stars and recommend them to anyone! Going through a high conflict divorce and custody case is a stressful, emotional time and Danielle and her team were compassionate, understanding, and detailed in their work. However, they were also sharks to advocate for me during the process and in the court room! I would highly recommend them!
Kay Bolaños and her team did an outstanding job with my child custody case. Her legal advise and expectations were honest and accurate from beginning to end. The way Kay handled the case was on point. I am happy with the trust I placed in her.
DEFINITELY NOT “YOUR ATTORNEY”! Clay Campbell and Marcellino & Tyson BOTCHED a lawsuit involving severe flooding and damage to our family home AND then LIED about it! Clay, the construction specialist, forgot to ask any of the 3 engineering experts a well-known correlation that must be made in all large stormwater cases. During one expert’s deposition that HE SCHEDULED, Clay was HUNTING in the forest with his 13-year-old son; he was watching the deposition on a laptop in a TREE STAND! Needless to say, his attention was not fully on the deposition (which is reasonable when a child is holding a loaded rifle for the first time) which caused him to miss the needed wording. To make matters worse, after he found out from the defendants’ attorneys what he missed, he LIED to us for 2 months about it. He threw us under the bus during MEDIATION (with all of the defendants and their insurance companies present). He and his partner continued to lie when confronted about why Clay’s position on the case had suddenly changed. It was only when I read the paperwork that the defendants were going to file to get out of the case, that I realized what he had MISSED and then LIED about. When confronted, he said that he missed it. His error and lying will cost us over $200,000 in new fees and continued MOLD GROWTH in our home as we HAD TO refile the case. DO NOT USE THIS FIRM – THEY WILL NOT CARE ABOUT YOU!
