Their comprehensive approach ensures that clients don't have to seek a new attorney if their case takes an unexpected turn, providing continuity and peace of mind. Here’s a look at some of the key services they provide:
Family-Based Immigration: Assisting U.S. citizens and permanent residents in petitioning for family members to come to or remain in the U.S. This includes marriage-based green cards, petitions for parents, children, and siblings, and handling complex adjustment of status applications and consular processing.
Employment-Based Immigration: Guiding employers and employees through the process of obtaining work visas and green cards. This can include handling immigration sponsorship applications for employees and representing individuals in removal proceedings if necessary. This also extends to highly skilled individuals seeking to self-petition for lawful permanent residency, such as those with extraordinary abilities (EB-1A) or advanced degrees (EB-2), potentially bypassing the labor certification (PERM) process through a National Interest Waiver.
Deportation and Removal Defense: Vigorously defending clients in removal proceedings, exploring all eligible forms of relief such as Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, and various waivers of inadmissibility. They also handle motions to reopen and terminate old removal orders and seek Prosecutorial Discretion.
Waivers of Inadmissibility: Preparing and filing various waivers to address complex inadmissibility issues, including I-601A (unlawful presence), I-601 (fraud, misrepresentation, criminal grounds), and I-212 waivers.
Humanitarian Cases: Providing legal support for vulnerable individuals, including victims of domestic violence (VAWA), crime victims (U Visas), trafficking victims (T Visas), neglected or abused youth, and asylum seekers, helping them obtain lawful status.
Naturalization and Citizenship: Assisting eligible permanent residents in their journey to become U.S. citizens, including complex cases involving criminal records, tax issues, or other moral character considerations. They also handle appeals of naturalization denials.
Consular Processing: Guiding individuals through the immigrant visa process at U.S. embassies and consulates abroad, preparing visa applications, expedited requests, and addressing visa refusals.
Visa for Entrepreneurs and Investors (E-2 Visa): Helping qualified entrepreneurs obtain visas to launch or invest in businesses in the U.S.
Visa for Managers and Executives (L-1A Visa): Working with qualified companies to transfer managers or executives to the U.S., including assisting foreign companies with new office launches.
TN Visa for Canadian and Mexican Citizens: Assisting qualified professionals from Canada and Mexico in obtaining TN status for business activities in the U.S.
Business Advisory Services: Providing strategic guidance to companies looking to expand their workforce by sponsoring foreign workers and helping foreign entrepreneurs develop plans for temporary or permanent residency.

Based on the publicly available information, Minikon Law, LLC offers various consultation options with transparent pricing. These include:
Regular Consultation (40 minutes): Priced at $200.00, this option is suitable for individuals who entered the U.S. with a visa, have no criminal record or arrests, do not need a waiver, have never been in removal proceedings, and have no fear of return to their home country. This can be conducted via Zoom or telephone.
Extended Consultation (1 hour): For clients facing more complex situations, such as those in removal proceedings, with past deportations, out of status after entering without a visa, fear of return, or criminal convictions, a 1-hour consultation is available for $300.00. I m so pleased with the way they handled my case. The way they communicated with me was always on top of every step that they made. I had another lawyer before and they never communicated with me and it was hard to make appointments with them. Since I changed the lawyer I had at first everything changed everything went fast and well. I m so pleased to have found Patricia Minikon and staff. I would definitely recommend 👌 👍 them
Patricia is the best immigration lawyer out there. I have personally seen her win some of the most difficult cases. Her knowledge of immigration law is impressive. Her dedication to clients unmatched. I have heard immigration judges compliment her handling of cases with one actually saying if the client had not been represented by Patricia that client would have been deported. Patricia is the lawyer you want representing you and handling your case.
Ms Minikon has been working for our family for over 5 years (My Mother and siblings) before We entered the USA and everything went well. Until today, I am still in contact for more work that I needed done but with her company help of course. My mind is at peace because I know they’re professionals, they keep you update about the process and I do not have to deal with anything. Sweet Lady , always available to answers questions and concerns. I will always recommend her.
I came here from Haiti at the age of 5 in 1982. And after 35+ years I tried to get my citizenship, What I didn't know was a charge that I taught was a misdemeanor that I took a plea to 25 years earlier (under my lawyer's advice)had made me deportable. After passing the citizenship test I was detained and placed in deportation proceedings, in detention I was told about Ms. Minikon from a detainee that I was lockup with who told me about how she was able to help him win his case. Being from Haiti(the poorest country in the western hemisphere that had just had a devastating earthquake that killed almost 1million people) losing my case would have been equivalent to a death sentence for me. And because of the timing of my conviction and the retroactive immigration laws of 1996, my case was unwinnable and there was no relief that was applicable under my circumstances. Even tho Ms. Minkon did everything she could for me I was given a final deportations order and even tho the retiring judge said that he wanted to allow me to stay the law was written in a way that he had to follow it and I was told I would have to return to a country that I did know. And after fighting my case for 5 years I was broke and out of options. But Ms. Minikon appealed my case for me pro Bono and told me that she would do everything she could to still help me and with her strategy and brilliant mind and her knowing every aspect of immigration laws she helped me get my original conviction thrown out and not only did immigration(ICE) had to drop my case, I was able to get married become a neutralize citizen and just last mount I was able to return to Haiti after almost 40 years as a U.S citizen and none of this would have been possible without Ms. Minkon patience, perseverance, knowledge, and dedication to my case. She even came to my wedding and as long as I live she will always be my family and I will be forever grateful to her and what he did for me. If you need someone to fight for you she will not let you down. Thank you and thanks to Ms. Patricia Minikon the very best most dedicated attorney that I have the pleasure of calling my friend .
– I am really being too very honest that I could never have the finest lawyer like you (Patricia Minikon)to defend me and actually to fight my very case in the court. Thankfulness is what you actually deserve from my very end. Sincerely Lidy Reyes
