I have known Marty Orlick for over 30-years; both as a colleague and an advisor. He is my go-to attorney for commercial real estate and litigation matters in California. We have brainstormed and worked together on the most challenging and complex real estate, ADA litigation and compliance matters. Marty's integrity, legal experience and expertise always shines through. He takes pride in his work and when representing clients Marty is respectful, dedicated and has the highest ethical standards. Clients know that their best interest his highest priority. I recently learned that Marty received distinction as one of the Top Lawyers in America and also the Prestigious Attorney Award for 2022 by Martindale-Hubble Judicial Edition both awards he clearly deserves. I recommend Marty Orlick without reservation.

I have worked with Marty for a number of years, referring him to several clients for challenging and complex ADA lawsuits, and each time, he has looked for creative and cost-effective solutions for his clients to obtain the best outcome. I was not surprised when he received the highest distinction as a Best Lawyers in America for 2022, or the AV Preeminent Award for 2022 for earning "the highest possible rating in both legal ability and ethical standards” by his peers and judges. I would not hesitate to refer Marty to anyone needing a professional, dedicated, and diligent attorney for ADA and Real Estate related matters.

I met Marty Orlick over 22 years ago when I was a law student. After 17 years of practicing law myself, I joined a company that has a variety of real estate holdings with corresponding ADA obligations. When I had an ADA matter last year that needed a defense, I immediately thought of Marty as a lawyer I trusted and respected with experience in real estate litigation and ADA issues. I was happy to find that Marty was the same lawyer I remembered -- but with added practical experience. In addition, Marty has assembled a team that practices the same way he does. I worked with Stuart Tubis, who was great, but I could tell that anyone on this team would be solid. There are many ways to handle a case, and rather than tell me what I wanted, Marty and Stu worked with me to develop a creative, cost-effective defense strategy that met our company goals. They carried out the strategy and got the case settled within the defense budget quickly, and for a reasonable amount. Marty and Stu are guys that practice with the highest degree of professional ethics. If I need a tough but practical lawyer to represent us again, I would hire him and his team again without reservation.

I’m a New York City real estate attorney and had a client facing some significant ADA/access claims. He needed some rescuing. I found Marty, and it did not matter that we were on opposite coasts. Marty took control of the matter and brought it to a quick, creative and easy conclusion. Marty has been my go-to ADA person ever since. I recommend him to clients all over the country. ADA/access claims can become expensive if not handled correctly at the outset. That’s why you need someone as experienced and well-versed in the field as Marty on your team from the start.
