What kind of law firm calls people multiple times and never leaves a message? Not only that, but they are calling for two people, neither of whom is me. I'd trust my money elsewhere.

I first became familiar with Ben Parsons of the Perdue Law Firm because after my mother's death I was notified that the City had filed a tax suit against her property. I had no idea what to do and little money. Ben sat with me and explained how the suit was progressing and helped me work thru the unbelievable delinquency and together we came up with a payment plan for me to save our family home. Mr. Perdue must be a very good lawyer because he and his firm understand the importance of hiring the exceptional. My experience with this law firm and Ben Parsons was proof that there are ways to accomplish the impossible when we work together to succeed. Thank you Perdue, Brandon, Fielder, Collins & Mott for having the insight to search and hire the "exceptional"

I am still investigating how their scam works but it looks like this firm relies on inadequate billing notifications from TxDOT to place obscene "administrative fees" on collection notices. I never received a single bill from TxDOT until I received a 82$ bill from this shady law office. This kind of extortion is not exactly unheard of, it reminds me of those tow truck companies that parter with apartment complex to troll the parking lot for minor violations.
