Salinas Law Group stands out due to several distinguishing features and highlights that are consistently reflected in client experiences and public information:

This readiness to litigate, and their impressive record of "large verdicts and settlements," suggests a robust approach to achieving justice for their clients.

At this time, no specific public promotions or special offers are listed for the Salinas Law Group. Legal services are typically tailored to the individual needs of each case, and fees can vary based on complexity and the nature of the legal matter.
However, based on general practices within the legal field, especially for firms that "fight for the underdog" and have a record of large verdicts and settlements in areas like tenant rights and employment law, it is common for such firms to offer:
-
Contingency Fee Arrangements: For certain types of cases, particularly personal injury and some employment or tenant rights cases where a monetary settlement or award is sought, attorneys often work on a contingency fee basis. This means the client pays no attorney fees upfront, and the lawyer's fee is a percentage of the amount recovered. This makes legal representation accessible to individuals who might not otherwise be able to afford it. While not explicitly stated as a promotion, it's a common practice that benefits clients.
-
Initial Consultations: Many law firms, including those committed to helping individuals in challenging situations, offer initial consultations. These consultations may be free or offered at a reduced rate, allowing potential clients to discuss their situation, understand their legal options, and learn about the firm's approach without an immediate financial commitment. It is always recommended to contact the firm directly to inquire about their consultation policy and fee structure for your specific case.
The firm's stated commitment to "helping people" and their focus on representing those in vulnerable situations suggests a client-friendly approach to fees, aiming to make justice accessible.

My husband and I ended up in a situation that I would have never expected we would have been in. Being situationally homeless was traumatizing and left us feeling hopeless. Bob Salinas really helped us see a light at the end of the tunnel; he is patient, he is kind, and he is honest. It always felt like he had our best interests at heart. Most importantly, he knows the laws and will protect you. I am so happy to have worked with him and his staff. Our life has turned around since he assisted with our case. He's taught us so much about the legal system and tenant rights. If you are considering retaining a lawyer to help with your tenant rights I highly recommend Bob Salinas. You will not regret it! He will fight for you!! Thank you soooo much Bob!!
My wife and I were put into a situation that I wouldn't wish upon my worst enemy. This period in my life was dark and I felt like I was running out of all options. Bob Salinas really turned this around for us; he is kind, patient, honest and always felt like he had our backs. Most importantly, he knows the laws and will protect you. I can't thank Bob enough; so happy to have worked with him and his staff. My life has turned around since he assisted with our case. He's taught me so much about the legal system and tenant rights. If you're on the fence and considering working with them... do it. You will not regret it! He will fight for you!! Thank you soooo much Bob!!
I would recommend Bob Salinas to anyone facing bad behavior from a landlord. We went to him when our landlord tried to illegally evict every person in our complex, and he guided us through the process of collecting evidence and responding to the eviction threats, and then helped us through mediation and to a settlement that kept us all in our homes. The thing I really want to stress, though, is how kind and patient he is with his clients. Needless to say we were beyond anxious and stressed out over the landlord's threats, but he was always there for us, giving us so much more of his time than he had to -- even though our case was much smaller than many of the other cases his firm handles. Going with the Salinas Law Group is one of the best decisions we've ever made.
I was forced into a horrible situation with what I thought was little to no recourse. Mr Salinas took my case and was truly a force. His patience, intelligence, transparency, and ethics shined thru with every interaction. I can’t recommend Mr Salinas enough. If you’re looking for representation who truly cares about you receiving the justice you deserve hire him. Thank you so much for your hard work and you’re honestly a blessing
Bob helped my partner and I defend against an illegal eviction, keeping us and our neighbors in our home for good. When our landlord kept harassing us, he helped us sue him and win a settlement through mediation. Throughout one of the most challenging periods of my life, Bob has been a trusted partner and even friend. He looked out for us, sometimes over his own interest, many times and I would trust him with anything. Choosing to work with Bob is not only a good move for your own legal interest, but supporting his firm also helps them have resources to help marginalized people fight crooked landlords during this devastating housing crisis.
