If I could give them zero stars I would. The worst experience. They were horrible (Koplan and Frishberg). Koplan messed up my Aunts will- it was sloppy, negligent and caused a huge drama in my family and ultimately a lot of money. Frishberg was equally terrible and actually threatened to tell my family lies rather than pick up the phone to confirm information. Do not hire them. It was a truly horrible experience that will leave many emotional and financial scars.

Bernice Koplin lead our family through a very difficult time. The situation was exceedingly complicated and often unpleasant but Bernice handled it with honesty, patience and persistence. She went far beyond the call of duty. We will always be indebted and truly grateful.

Worst experience on top of already losing my dad. Had a fixed price contract and Frishberg came back wanting more money but didn’t provide and data backing, time, nothing. He told me his office was closed the month of September, and I followed up every few months for 4 years just to complete a deed transfer. He won’t do it because he “feels” I owe money. Won’t send me my documents, and now won’t even respond I to my emails. I never have had to write a poor review until now. I have pleaded to just complete the job so I can close this part of my life. Now I have to retain another lawyer to sue him for malpractice: dont use this attorney !
