The Devadoss Law Firm, P.L.L.C., exclusively focuses on federal labor and employment law, providing a comprehensive suite of services tailored to meet the unique needs of federal government employees across all agencies and pay grades. Their specialized practice areas include:
-
Merit Systems Protection Board (MSPB) Appeals: Representing federal employees facing adverse actions such as removals, suspensions (for more than 14 days), demotions, or reductions in pay. They assist clients with responding to investigations, proposed disciplinary actions, and vigorously fighting for their jobs and careers during MSPB proceedings and appeals.
-
Equal Employment Opportunity Commission (EEOC) Claims: Advocating for federal government employees who have experienced workplace discrimination based on race, color, religion, sex (including sexual harassment and pregnancy), national origin, age, disability, or genetic information. This also includes cases of whistleblower retaliation and other forms of reprisal or wrongful discharge. They guide clients through the EEOC complaint process, from filing to administrative hearings and judicial appeals.
-
Office of Workers' Compensation Programs (OWCP) Claims: Assisting federal employees who have sustained workplace injuries or work-related illnesses. They advocate for clients who have been denied or shortchanged in their claims for federal workers' compensation benefits, helping them secure their rightful medical treatment and lost wages. As a specialized law firm focusing on complex federal employment and labor law matters, The Devadoss Law Firm, P.L.L.C., does not typically provide traditional "promotions" or "special offers" in the same way a retail business might. Their services are highly customized to address the unique and often sensitive legal challenges faced by federal employees.

This allows federal employees in the District of Columbia to discuss their specific situation, whether it involves an MSPB appeal, an EEOC claim, OWCP issues, or disciplinary actions, directly with an experienced attorney. During this consultation, the firm can assess the merits of the case, explain potential legal strategies, and discuss their fee structures (which may include hourly rates or flat-rate agreements) without any obligation. Website form does not work and person on the phone (Anna) would not provide an email address to contact. I guess they’re not looking for clients or new business.
I'm a USPS carrier that was attacked by two pitbulls while delivering mail, requiring surgery. Devadoss Law Firm was very professional from the start. All my emails were answered daily, countless amounts of paperwork I forwarded were uploaded too the correct Government office. Federal Workmans Comp cases are overwhelming to tackle on your own. It's better to retain a professional law firm, such as Devadoss. The Government is very slow to respond to work related injuries. Patience is required, don't give up. Devadoss got my surgery done after many delays, on the other end. Also got me paid after six months of waiting. I'm very grateful to them.
My attorneys (Attorneys Cleaveland and Robinson) were the BEST. I won my MSPB case with the Agency, resulting in the Agency wanting to settle the EEO case against them. I should had asked for more in the EEO settlement. It is my only regret. Nonetheless, I still highly recommend The Devadoss Law Firm. They know what to do to win.
Working with the Devadoss team made our case seem like a breeze. The attorneys and staff were always available to help, and it made it even better that we won our case. 10/10. Would recommend!
I had been dealing with OWCP for 6 1/2years……with much stress confusion and denial letters . They put me through the ringer . Finally I found the “Devadoss” “ law firm and a lawyer named Sara Kretsinger excepted my case (my cry for help) and in her very first appeal got my case approved!! She has a humble and kind personality with extreme intelligence!! I have been dealing with the most obnoxious rude and disrespectful people throughout this ordeal. Everyone I’ve dealt with at Devadoss law firm has been very kind helpful and professional. I’m so glad I never gave up and found this law firm. Thank you ALL from the bottom of my heart ❤️
