We consulted with Susan Eleff as to how we might best plan for our estate. We already had a will and were wondering whether it would be advisable to set up a trust. She was very generous with her time, related the pros and cons of the options specific to our needs, provided us with some online links for further information and, unlike other law firms, she never tried to sell us on setting up a a trust. This consultation was provided at no charge to us. Susan is experienced, knowledgeable, and very pleasant to work with. If we decide to proceed with a trust down the road, we would definitely work with Susan.

Susan is very professional and prompt to respond to emails and calls. She was extremely patient through all my questions & explained everything in an easy to understand manner. She went out of her way to make sure my real estate contract was completed to both parties satisfaction. I highly recommend her as a real estate attorney; I wouldn’t hesitate to use her services for any future needs.

There are a lot of lawyers who talk about providing excellent client service and then there are the handful that actually do. Susan Eleff is one of those rare attorneys who will go the extra mile for you. A few days ago, we called her with a last minute request for a time-sensitive transaction we were hoping to close. Despite her busy schedule serving so many clients, Susan reacted with a warmth, grace, and compassion that you just don't get from others. Not only that, but she gave us a few options, including an evening slot, where she would be willing to help us. As if that weren't enough, when we got there, we found that one of the documents we had brought with us was misaligned (because it had an European standard paper size). Susan jumped into action, cutting, copying, and pasting the document to make it all fit onto the same page. I mean, this was low-level clerical work-well beneath her in my opinion- but she didn't care. She was committed to getting the job done and getting it done right. Which she did. All it takes is a look around her office to see how seriously she takes her profession and her commitment to clients. If you want a lawyer who will actually look after you and not just think about billing you by the hour, Susan Eleff of the Eleff Law Group is for you. If you would rather be treated as an account number that is tolerated, go somewhere else.

We recently engaged Susan Eleff for estate planning, and for a civil litigation matter. In both cases Susan was very knowledgeable, diligent and hard working, returned emails very quickly, and overall did an excellent job for us. We would not hesitate to work with her again, and we would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a expert attorney who is very accessible and will work hard for you.
