Terrible resolution, I do not recommend them. Over the course of more than three years, the firm changed its name and lawyers. Every time I called for an update on the case, the paralegals changed a different case. They couldn't represent me in court for months, and in the end, they couldn't reach a favorable settlement even though the damage to the roof of the house was real. If I didn't sign and accept the $25 they would give me, I could have to pay for the expenses. That's even though they kept $250. Don't believe the eternal phrase "no win, no fee." It's a lie.
