Services Offered

The Ticket Fixer specializes primarily in handling traffic-related legal issues, providing targeted solutions designed to mitigate the impact of citations on a driver's record and finances. Their services are geared towards making the process of resolving tickets as hassle-free as possible for individuals in Nevada. Key services include:

  • Traffic Ticket Appeals and Reductions: The core service involves helping clients appeal traffic tickets. This often includes strategies to reduce fines, potentially lower the charge to a non-moving violation (such as illegal parking), and prevent points from being added to a driver's DMV record. This can be crucial in avoiding increased car insurance rates over the long term.

  • Court Appearances: In many cases, The Ticket Fixer can appear in court on behalf of their clients, saving individuals the time and inconvenience of attending court sessions themselves. This is particularly beneficial for those with busy schedules or who live outside the immediate Las Vegas area.

  • Evaluation of Ticket Particulars: The firm offers an initial meeting where they review the specifics of a client's ticket. They provide an upfront assessment of the likelihood of success in getting the ticket revoked or reduced, offering transparency about potential outcomes.

  • Protection of Driving Record: A primary goal of their service is to protect clients' driving records from accumulating demerit points, which can lead to higher insurance premiums and, in severe cases, license suspension.

  • Addressing Outstanding Warrants: While specific details about warrant resolution services from "The Ticket Fixer" were not extensively provided, firms specializing in traffic tickets often assist with resolving outstanding warrants related to unpaid tickets, helping clients avoid potential arrest and further legal complications.

Features / Highlights

The Ticket Fixer aims to stand out through several features designed to benefit clients dealing with traffic violations:

  • Upfront Assessment: The firm offers an initial meeting where they discuss the particulars of a ticket and provide an honest assessment of the chances of success, allowing clients to make informed decisions.

  • Convenience for Clients: Their ability to handle court appearances on behalf of clients, when permitted by the court, significantly reduces the burden on individuals, saving them time off work and the stress of navigating the courthouse system.

  • Potential for Long-Term Savings: By helping to avoid points on a driving record, their services can lead to substantial long-term savings on car insurance premiums, making the initial investment in legal fees worthwhile for many.

Promotions or Special Offers

While specific, publicly advertised "promotions" were not explicitly detailed beyond their general service model, firms like The Ticket Fixer often highlight the inherent value of their services as a "special offer" in themselves. For residents of Nevada, the key benefit and a form of "promotion" offered by such firms often include:

  • Cost-Benefit Analysis and Potential Savings: The firm often emphasizes that their services, while incurring a fee, are designed to save clients money in the long run by preventing increased insurance rates and potentially reducing hefty fines. This long-term financial benefit serves as a compelling offer.

  • Stress and Time Savings: By handling the complexities of the legal process and court appearances, the firm offers a significant saving of time and reduction of stress for clients, which can be invaluable.

It is advisable for potential clients to inquire directly about their fee structure and how their services can provide a net financial benefit compared to simply paying the ticket and incurring long-term penalties.

Ken was very knowledgeable about the traffic ticket appeal process for Las Vegas, and he showed me just how routine it is. You sit down for a meeting in which he goes over the particulars of the ticket. He'll let you know upfront if he believes you have a high chance of getting your ticket revoked. He then takes over the rest of the process, including showing up in court for you, if the court allows. In my opinion his services are worth the money long-term, as 1 ticket on your record can dramatically raise your car insurance rates.

Horrible!! Not only was the attorney late but didn't help at all, as they promised. They didnt research the case and we were told they could get him out because after all is only a traffic violation. They asked for a 100 we didn't have but in hopes of getting my husband out begged my mother in law. What a load of crap. Let me add to that they never called me in fact I have not to this day received one call, to apologize, or give us a refund. When I called them they tried saying she was on time, lies. It's on record. The judge had to send the court appointed attorney away and wait. I have never been in trouble in my after seeing the legal system over the past weeks and people with a dui got to go home to their family. I understand what everyone means now. Thats right the guy before my husband had a DUI charge, served 3 days and all he has to do is go to a class. While my husband who is a great father and man and thought he payed off his tickets has to sit in jail for 9 days, some legal system. By the way his name was George and the attorney who was late was a no name. Was never the lawyer I have talked to. They charge about 700 go find a real laywer, we did, in fact other lawyers warn about this place.

There is not much I can say that all the other negative reviews haven't already. Seriously, check EVERY other major review Web site to see what numerous people have to say about this crook. I went through Frizzell's other "legal service" (which, apparently, has a rather broad definition) for a first-time DUI offense. After I gave them all the details surrounding my arrest and pending criminal charge, I was told by Ken's case manager, Brooks Compton, to not worry, everything would be fine and that a DWI offense of such a low magnitude with the level of BAC I blew (not even twice the legal limit) always get plead down to reckless driving/wet reckless. Then, sure enough, I ended up with the maximum penalty under Nevada law. Mr. Frizzell had done NOTHING! Worse yet, he made up cockamamie stories as to why he couldn't get the offense reduced (when, in actuality, he just didn't do the job he was paid to). This man's entire livelihood consists of profiting off vulnerable people by lying to them, then ultimately sending them up the creek with no paddle once he receives their money. If anyone who reads this has had a similar experience, it would be in their best interest to report him to the State Bar of Nevada, where he already has tons of other complaints.

Called to get info, they were very nice but promissed the world. Received a call from Arrora pushing for an answer on retaining them and I told her I would call back. Kind of rude and hung up quickly. Called back and told her not using service and she became VERY RUDE and hung up on me. SOOOOO glad I didn't use their services...
