Brad was my attorney for the dissolution of my marriage. He provided excellent context for what to expect--risks, timeframe and likely reasonable outcome. He was very responsive when I needed him. He treated the adverse attorney professionally and also was always two steps ahead of their tactics. The dissolution came to a satisfactory conclusion for me. I would highly recommend Brad for his strategic and professional competencies.
Unfortunately, just because a divorce is final does not mean you still won't need a good attorney. Fortunately, I have Brad Miller. I have been with Brad for several years and know I am in the best of hands. For me, having an attorney who is efficient and effective consistently puts my mind at ease. Brad embodies both of these traits. I also find Brad very personable, making it easier to speak with him during sometimes difficult times. In short, I recommend Brad as a strong choice as he is incredibly wise beyond his colorful socks. MSC
Brad Miller was a life saver in helping my elderly father navigate his divorce. His compassion, brilliant mind and negotiating skills saved his estate. Also a huge comfort during those difficult times. I will recommend him to all my family and friends. And just a nice guy too!
Brad is the best lawyer I have ever worked with. I have been involved in various legal situations and I have never experienced such consideration from a lawyer. He would check in with me multiple times a day, made himself available to me at all hours of the day and night, helped me arrange childcare, introduced me to like minded friends in the community. He went far beyond the call of duty and the final outcome of my case, which was very complicated, was fantastic. Brad fought for me and I would highly recommend him and any one else from this law firm as well. Stahancyk, Kent and Hook operate with a high level of integrity and humanity. I still feel like I am a part of their family.
I couldn’t recommend Brad more. He is kind, thoughtful, and insightful. It was such a relief to have him by my side. The knowledge that if the mediation became too confrontational or threatening I could turn everything over to Brad, allowed me to not feel trapped or cornered. I am sure this peace of mind enabled my ex-spouse and I to finish things in a cordial manner. I feel that Brad has a very strong ethical code, and for that I was very thankful.
