Promotions or Special Offers

As a professional law firm specializing in family law and estate planning, SKH Family Law & Estate Planning does not typically offer generalized "promotions" in the retail sense. However, they invite prospective clients to "Apply to be a Client" through a structured process, which often begins with a consultation to determine if there is a good fit. This initial step serves as an informal "offer" to explore how the firm can assist with specific legal needs without an immediate financial commitment. Fees for family law and estate planning services are highly individualized, depending on the complexity and scope of the case. For Oregonians considering legal representation for divorce, custody, or estate planning, directly contacting SKH Family Law & Estate Planning is the best approach to discuss their specific situation and understand the firm's fee structure. Some moron thought it would be a bright idea to save money im sure not realizing they're opening up themselves to huge liability by underpaying someone that can get you seriously sick. Nobody who could follow the rules and expectations would take $20 an hour to do catering.

They have hearings without serving papers. They don't follow the law. They're sneaky and snakey. Update: my paralegal told me about how this law firm ran and I posted it on here. Now Brad Miller is questioning my mental health because I posted what my paralegal Nicole told me about how this firm runs. Because I posted an honest review Brad Miller is trying to retaliate in my current custody battle. Brad Miller emailed me May 2 2023 in the evening and had an immediate danger hearing May 3 without serving me papers. He has griped that I emailed him when he has emailed me personally. My mental health is fine Brad Miller. Had a psych evaluation done.

I have worked with many attorneys over the years, but Anna is one of the best at representing her clients. She understands the emotional side and the practical approach to bringing matters to a close quickly and efficiently. The entire firm is highly responsive and treat you like family .

So here’s the thing- divorce is awful. There’s nothing positive to say about it but having a powerful legal team to guide you is the best thing you can do. I was referred to Brad Miller as a powerhouse for high-conflict, complex dissolutions. From the moment I met Brad I felt like I finally had a way out of the darkness. He had insights and a global perspective with extensive experience to help me make the best decisions possible. He referred me to his incredibly gifted associate, Anna Friedhoff and she was a godsend in the outcome of my case. Her relationships, expert connections, quick & efficient assistant Mitchel and report with the court changed the course of my life. Divorce is a highly stressful and emotional chapter and this team functioned as my rational, logical brain when I was overrun with emotions. In times where I felt hopeless I kept faith alive because I knew I had the best team working for me around the clock. There’s no winning in divorce but I know to the core of my being that I got the best possible outcome for my daughter because of this team. Even if you can only afford the consultation fee, do it. I can not recommend them highly enough. Thank you all.
