I would give a 10 star rating if I could for Ian Duncan and the entire team at Guideway. Not only are they knowledgeable, responsive and super detail-oriented; the value of their services is high and their rates are very reasonable. I also appreciate how Ian and everyone else I was in contact with was so kind, professional and easy to work with. I have now used Guideway services on 3 separate occasions and each time, Ian has helped me expertly navigate through them. The Guideway team stands out in a world where it feels increasingly like we can no longer rely on the information that you get. In the last year, I've received incomplete, or just plain-wrong information - this has happened too many times to count where I encounter people who just don't have the knowledge/experience or ability to do their jobs properly. The staff at Guideway Legal Document and Mediation Services in Walnut Creek made the process of creating a trust and will so easy and painless!! The turnaround time from my initial intake appointment, to receiving the first drafts, to getting the revised documents, to signing and notarizing the final papers was quick! Every person I interacted with in the office was pleasant and helpful! To top it off, there’s plenty of free parking available in their lot! I highly recommend Guideway Legal!

Guideway is wonderful. I originally established my Living Trust using their services in 2017 and and have returned twice now for amendments. Each time, they've been thorough in their explanations of every page I signed, and I never felt I was receiving subpar service as compared to using a pricier attorney. Guideway was even able to set up a Special Needs Trust for my disabled child without an exorbitant fee. I would highly recommend them for peace of mind at a lower cost and a truly pleasant professional experience.
