The firm's commitment, as highlighted by some clients, is to provide guidance and support for their immigration cases. H. Paul Leyva International, Inc. is located at 7616 Irving Park Rd, Norridge, IL 60706, USA. This address places the firm in the suburb of Norridge, which is part of the Chicago metropolitan area. This location offers a balance of suburban accessibility with reasonable proximity to the city, making it a viable option for clients from various parts of Illinois, particularly those in the northwestern suburbs and western parts of Chicago.
The office's placement on Irving Park Road, a major east-west arterial road, provides several advantages for accessibility:
- Suburban Convenience: Norridge offers a less congested environment compared to downtown Chicago, which can be beneficial for clients preferring easier driving and parking options.
- Major Road Networks: Irving Park Road connects to major expressways such as I-90 (Kennedy Expressway) and I-294 (Tri-State Tollway), allowing for relatively straightforward travel by car from a wide range of locations across the Chicago metropolitan area and other parts of Illinois.
- Public Transportation: While not directly on a major CTA 'L' train line, Irving Park Road is served by CTA and Pace bus routes that connect to 'L' stations or Metra commuter rail stations. This provides public transit options for those who do not drive, linking Norridge to other parts of Chicago and the suburbs.
- Local Accessibility: The firm is easily accessible for residents of Norridge itself, as well as neighboring communities like Harwood Heights, Schiller Park, Elmwood Park, and parts of Chicago's Northwest Side.
The selection of this Norridge location suggests H. Paul Leyva International, Inc.'s aim to serve local communities effectively, providing an easily reachable office that leverages suburban advantages while maintaining connectivity to the broader Illinois region.

The provided customer reviews for H. Paul Leyva International, Inc. offer contrasting perspectives, but they collectively highlight some key aspects of the firm's operation. While one review expresses significant dissatisfaction, the other offers a positive endorsement, allowing for an overview of potential features and highlights based on these client experiences:
- Guidance in Immigration Cases: One positive review specifically states that Paul and his team "guided my husband & I through our immigration case," which "was a success!" This suggests that for some clients, the firm has provided effective guidance and achieved positive outcomes in immigration matters. This implies a capability to navigate complex immigration processes.
- Team-Oriented Approach (for some clients): The positive review mentions "Paul and his team," indicating that the firm operates with a collaborative effort to support clients, which can be beneficial in managing case complexities.
- Accessibility and Openness (for some clients): While not explicitly stated as a general highlight, the contrasting review highlights communication issues and lack of responsibility. However, the positive review implies that for some clients, communication and guidance were sufficient for success. In ideal attorney-client relationships, accessibility and willingness to guide are key features.
It is important to note that the presence of a highly negative review concerning specific issues like "wasted time," "wrong process," "refuses it," and "no responsibility" indicates that client experiences can vary significantly. This highlights the importance of thorough due diligence when selecting legal representation. However, the positive testimonial shows that for some, the firm has indeed delivered successful results in immigration cases.
Based on the provided limited customer reviews, H. Paul Leyva International, Inc. does not explicitly advertise any specific "promotions or special offers." Like most legal firms, their value proposition is generally built around their legal expertise, client service, and the successful resolution of cases rather than promotional discounts. It is standard practice for legal services that fees are determined by the complexity of the case, the time involved, and the specific legal expertise required.
Typically, legal practices might offer certain standard client-facing benefits, which could implicitly be considered "offers" in the sense of providing value:
- Initial Consultations: Many law firms, especially those specializing in immigration, offer initial consultations. These can vary from a brief free assessment to a more in-depth paid session. This allows prospective clients to discuss their case, understand their options, and assess the firm's approach before committing to full representation.
- Case Management and Guidance: As indicated by the positive review, the firm aims to "guide" clients through their immigration cases. This guidance, while part of their standard service, provides significant value by simplifying complex processes and providing clarity.
Given the contrasting reviews, it is particularly important for individuals to conduct their own thorough vetting. To inquire about their fee structure, consultation policy, or any specific arrangements for services, interested individuals in Illinois should directly contact H. Paul Leyva International, Inc. I really recommend Paul and his team. They guided my husband & I through our immigration case& our case was a success!
If you guy looking a lawyer for waivers. I recommend don’t come to this lawyer. He’s horrible person. I wonder why he can still open the firm. He wasted my time. He doesn’t know what he doing. He did me to pay to the wrong process. He did my process wrong then I went back let’s him fix. He was refuses it. No responsibility. And He rude!!!! He should close his firm.!!!!!!!
I would rate this place no stars if I could. I started working with them March of 2024 and the staff is nice but the lawyer H. Paul Leyva is so inpatient and rushed you. It’s like what am I paying you $4,000 for immigration help if you are going to rush me and not even do correct calculations for me. It’s just been me having to do all the heavy lifting and this is not okay. Also everyone please be advised you can’t even reach them they take forever to get back to anyone and you have to spend half the day there to be attended too which seems ridiculous because again when you do meet with him you only get 5 mins. Fellow Hispanics/Latinos please don’t go here especially if you are a pushover he will use that and not let you get a word in or listen to your concerns. It’s very unprofessional, if Paul is tired of being a lawyer then maybe take a break or do something else others shouldn’t suffer just because you’ve gotten too comfortable being a lawyer and have forgotten what it means to serve our Hispanic community.
Hey, I’m taking the time here to let everyone know before they start any process with these people besides the fact that they take forever and they are not even qualified immigration lawyers that their phone service is awful. I have been calling all morning because I missed one call from them and they didn’t even bother to leave a voicemail And I never get an answer. This is just ridiculous is very inconvenient for me and my loved ones and I don’t wish this on anybody. if we are paying for services, we should at least be able to get a hold of somebody at some point a time of the day
Horrible experience kept pushing to join the military in order to speed the process. Was not pleased with his service and was not professional at all. Seemed like it was more of a joke to him than making us feel welcome. Unfortunately will Not be returning to this office.
