When facing a legal challenge, securing capable and reliable representation is a critical step. The decision of which attorney to hire can profoundly impact the outcome of your case and your overall experience within the legal system. For residents across San Antonio and throughout the great state of Texas, understanding the background and reputation of a legal professional is paramount. This article aims to provide an overview of Suzanne Kramer, a lawyer licensed in Texas, and her practice in San Antonio, based on publicly available information and client reviews.

Suzanne Kramer has been licensed to practice law in Texas since 1988, indicating a lengthy career in the legal field. She has a listed address at 101 Stumberg St, San Antonio, TX 78204, USA. In the legal profession, a lawyer’s experience and adherence to professional standards are key factors for potential clients to consider.

Public records indicate that Ms. Kramer has practiced in areas such as Criminal Law and Appellate Criminal Law. She has also been involved in court-appointed cases in Bexar County. However, it is important for potential clients to be aware of all available information when making a decision about legal representation. Reviews from individuals who have engaged her services offer a mixed perspective, with some expressing significant concerns about communication, timeliness, and perceived dedication to their cases. For instance, one reviewer stated, "Worst lawyer ever. She handled my sister's case and literally did nothing for her. Would show up to court late, looking like she had been out all night. Never returned calls never kept in contact about anything due to the case." Another review alleges a severe lack of representation: "She took $5000 from Jesus Padilla and never showed up for his Court date. He still sits in Baxer County jail without representation and she doesn't return calls. Suzanne Kramer is a scammer and only takes the money and doesn't do anything for it."

These public reviews highlight the importance of thorough due diligence when selecting an attorney, emphasizing the value of consistent communication, punctuality, and dedicated advocacy. For Texans seeking legal assistance, particularly in high-stakes criminal matters, these client experiences underscore the need for transparency and reliability from their chosen legal counsel.

Furthermore, public records show that the State Bar of Texas website lists no firm for Kramer and notes she has been sanctioned twice, in 2012 and 2013. Additionally, a news report from 2009 by the Houston Chronicle indicates that Texas' highest criminal court, the Court of Criminal Appeals, requested the State Bar of Texas to investigate Suzanne Kramer for repeatedly missing critical deadlines in death row appeals, leading to a contempt of court finding and a fine. This historical information, coupled with recent client feedback, is pertinent for anyone evaluating legal services.

Worst lawyer ever. She handled my sister's case and literally did nothing for her. Would show up to court late, looking like she had been out all night, Never returned calls never kept in contact about anything due to the case. Only on the week my sister signed her life away did this lady finally "try" to act like a lawyer. DO NOT GO TO HER!
