Dont waste your money if you need an immigration that’s need to fight for a deportation case I would not recommended. **Please note that you can always reported to the Florida bar****after reviewing all this reviews do not waste your time at this office, they will not fight for you. They take forever to respond to your calls emails the last email that I sent them back in September 2023 they just respond me now in January the like the third week of January 2024. I hire them to stop the deportation on my husband. I hire them to get my husband back to this country. I hire them for my citizenship I made payments of 4000 the first payment and 500 a month it’s took me like 2-3 year to payoff now that it’s been like four years I called them to get my citizenship they always stated I had a credit because I paid altogether for the depreciation, my husband‘s case and my citizenship. Now they’re telling me that I owe them $700 and they took that money for my citizenship to pay off my husband’s account when they’re calling you if you don’t make their payments, they constantly calling you to make payments why they never call me. Now I call the bank that for the statements, it shows every single payment I realize that the statement that they sent me is from April 20, 2020 to April 2021. What happened after those two years I couldn’t pay you $20,000 in a year and that’s something that I requested to send me the statement she never sent me the statement to 2022 or 2023 or to this date so I had to ask the bank to send me all the statements for four years just to verify if I miss a payment because to this day they never call me that I owe money But I know that regardless they were going to screw me up like this!! They didn’t want to deal it knowing they already screw up with my husband account. The employees the legal secretaries they make money out of their own clients, how that if you have a letter that in Spanish and needs to be translated in English for immigration. They charge you and it’s not $20 or 40 it’s $100-$200 OK make sure that you already pay the same letter that they requesting because that’s what happened to me. They want me to pay another translation when I already had originally done it the first time. and it has to be cash you gotta pay them cash for translation. It cannot be paid by checks to have proof. And the minute that I told the attorney that somebody screwed up I called the attorney after my husband interview and whatever happened and then we had to submit it again. She knew that they screwed up. Somehow the Attorney no longer works there right after she finished with my husband‘s case. Supposedly she’s no longer there so nobody really didn’t worry about what happened with my husband case. All this brought me to a lot of problems through my marriage because it took three years and they still didn’t do anything about it so I pay lots money. So right now, my only choice is trying to get all my state bank statements from all those years and go one by one to show them when that I make all my payments and see if it’s true and if it’s true that I owe the money why didn’t they never call me because they know they wanted to screw me up like that but it’s OK. That’s why we have bat attorney to make any complaint. I had an attorney friend of my husband that I sent him the letter from immigration and he spoke to her directly to tell her the error she has done because she kept up telling me that it was already done . Sorry that’s the way I feel that it was wordless.

My husband and I are having a HORRIBLE experience with this law firm. On our first visit with Eduardo Soto he promised to help, however it has been the complete opposite. They took a retainer from us and have done 0 work on my husband's case over the last 3 years, DO NOT RETURN CALLS OR EMAILS, and constantly LIE. The current attorney went on vacation and never returned any of my 3 calls or emails, I have called and left messages for the office manager and nothing, 0 courtesy for clients. I feel forced to have to show up to the office in order to seek out the services we paid for, because no one return calls or emails or file a complaint with the Florida Bar. -Update: It seems we got a call back, so we do appreciate the effort. Thank you. --Newest Update: It seems the case is being worked on by the firm. The office manager and paralegal have been responding to messages and returning calls. Thank you!!!

I’m so sad I wasted 6k, started my process with my husband then I asked them to help me out because there was a DV case there were police reports pictures and they couldn’t continue with the application to do it through abused by US citizen because they needed letters from family and friends saying our 7 relationship with an eight year was legit. They didn’t give me another option they just said that without the letters from family and friends there’s nothing they can do. I went to them because I heard they were good. They would call every month to get their payment but they haven’t called me since 2017 waste of my money smh 🤦🏽‍♀️ it’s 2024 and not even a call ask for an update they don’t care at all. I saw your response it says im enjoying my benefits ? what benefits? i applied for my daca documents with someone else. So if you can tell me the benefits your firm provided ? the fact that the paralegal i was assigned left your firm, and didnt even have the dignity to tell me and how did i found out ? i had to call because my emails werent being answered

I’ve been with this attorney for the past four years. In my honest opinion it’s been the worst 4 years of my life definitely a mistake. My husband case was delayed do to varies of things according to the lawyers which then I found out it was a lie. When you called the office they transferred me more than 20 times. Front desk and managers hang up the phone. This office was so lost !!!! They were very unprofessional and very rude and if I had to give the office a star, I will give them a zero.Ruben (front desk)was the only one who tried to help what a patient guy. I had 4 different lawyers all in which every-time they handled the case to the new lawyer they would not advise me. I had to send USCIS a form to request notification on why my case was delayed. Then I received a notification for the interview so basically I did all the work. And not to top that off I called the office and they weren’t aware that I had my interview date scheduled. After that I called five times to speak to the lawyer to prepare me professionally with my documentation and he said he wouldn’t talk one week until the date ?seriously ? So how would I have time to collect correct documents? I then proceeded to call and investigate on my own to what I needed for this meeting and when I went to the preparation meeting the new lawyer was so lost he didn't even advise me correctly on what I had to say or the document i had. I was telling him basically everything I did my own investigation and my own preparation for what I needed for the interview. They even tried to charge me again the representation fee. It was unexplainable the lack of humanity this office has and to believe it was very expensive. The day of my interview They changed my lawyer which In the end was worth it she was very sweet and understanding, if I didn’t have such a horrible experience with the office I would reconsider. Office needs in my opinion more organization, humanity and knowledge better preparation from staff and lawyers. My husband wrote a review and staff said they didn’t have a case with him how lost can they be ? This review is because office could have potential if everyone worked together and lawyers were more prepared and humane.
