I think I can’t give it less stars, but honestly they only care about the money, there’s one guy simon, he is in charge of call people telling them that they are the best in the country that they can take any case and promise they will have someone out of ICE in less than 3 months. They charge a lot of money for a case. They started asking for money just for find information related to the case, but they don’t answer the phone like they say. 24/7. So then start looking for more money bringing excuses to the table. And i was desperate trying to help someone. And they said they will be doing the visa T and they will charge some money for it which they didn’t even send to uscis and they keep saying oh yeah we are waiting for the receipt from uscis. But they actually didn’t send it. And they send me just the paperwork filled by computer but everyone can edit those pages and send it. That is where they said they will have to extend the hearing he had but that was just an excuse so they can charge more money, because they said they need more time to prepare. And they spent 4 months preparing for a hearing were should be for the visa T but they actually didn’t do anything and they went with the asylum and that wasn’t supposed to happened. They don’t answer phone now that the person who is locked ICE gave him removal. There is no help from them and they said all the calls are recorded so I recorded them too. But i will reach out to the board with as many emails i can so they can give me my money back. And of course where my brother is right now he gave me a number where i can reported directly with ICE the people who are like serving immigrants. They only play with the people but they are really good asking for money. So i hope everyone who is interested in this serving inmigrants doesn’t go there and don sign a contract with them. And if a guy called Simon answers you the phone. That is bad. On the contract they didn’t do what is in the contract. So i will have a lawyer against them. Worst lawyers for inmigration.
