Promotions or Special Offers

In the legal profession, especially for plaintiff-side employment law, firms typically structure their fees in a way that minimizes upfront costs for clients who may be experiencing financial hardship due to their workplace issues. McCormack & Erlich is no exception to this professional standard. While they do not offer "promotions" or traditional "discounts" in the consumer sense, they provide significant financial accessibility through their fee arrangements:

  • Free Initial Consultation: As is common with reputable employment law firms, McCormack & Erlich likely offers a free initial consultation. This allows prospective clients to discuss their employment issues, have their paperwork reviewed, and receive an initial assessment of their case without any financial obligation. As one reviewer noted, "My initial meeting was done by Bryan McCormack, who was an awesome listener. He had saw some things in my paperwork that immediately got his attention." This crucial first step helps individuals understand their rights and options.
  • Contingency Fee Basis: For most employment law cases, McCormack & Erlich operates on a contingency fee basis. This means that clients typically do not pay any attorney fees unless the firm successfully recovers compensation for them, either through a settlement or a court award. The firm's fee is then a percentage of the amount recovered. This arrangement is highly beneficial for employees who may have lost their jobs or faced financial difficulties due to workplace issues, as it removes the barrier of upfront legal costs.

This fee structure demonstrates the firm's confidence in their ability to achieve positive outcomes and their commitment to making legal representation accessible to those who need it most. Clients are encouraged to discuss the specific fee arrangements during their initial consultation to ensure full clarity.

After being wrongfully terminated from my job and missing wages I sought legal action. I started my case around March of 2016. We went to mediation October, 2017. We reached a settlement and I am very pleased with the outcome. The entire team at McCormack and Erlich were great through the entire process. They always made me feel comfortable and gave me peace through the stress. They communicated regularly and helped me understand any questions I had with my case. Thank you Bryan, Jason, Ben, Ashley, and Paul. I would recommend this firm to anybody looking for legal help. Best, Michael

I had a very complicated and extremely long case with a former ex-employer. I can't say enough about Bryan McCormack. He is an awesome attorney and a great person. In the beginning, we thought the case would settle quickly as the claimant's case did not appear strong. Over the course of 6 1/2 years, it became very trying and often times I wasn't sure if we were going to win the case. My emotions set in on many occasions and this was taking a toll on my family. Bryan's professionalism without a doubt won our case, and I can't thank him enough for all he did. During this ongoing case, I was introduced to Jason Erlich, also an awesome attorney, and he also became involved in the litigation, and helped me prepare for cross examination in court for which I'm truly grateful. My family thanks you & I thank you for all the hard work. I'm truly indebted to both attorneys, and I do highly recommend their law firm.
