We had the pleasure of working with McIntyre Elder Law to establish our estate plan, including a revocable and irrevocable living trust, powers of attorney, last will, and healthcare proxies. From start to finish, their team was knowledgeable, thorough, and incredibly kind. They took the time to explain every detail and option available to us in a way that made complex legal matters easy to understand. We never felt rushed or overlooked—instead, we felt empowered, informed, and genuinely cared for. The peace of mind we now have knowing that our children are protected, that probate will be avoided, and that everything is clearly outlined for the future is absolutely priceless. We cannot thank McIntyre Elder Law enough for their professionalism and compassion. Highly recommend them to anyone looking to protect their legacy and loved ones.
The meeting with Mr McIntyre, his staff Nikki and Mary were very warm and welcoming. He answered all my questions and then was exceptional in explaining how the process works and what would best fit each individuals situation.
Per the email I received requesting a review of our experience with McIntyre Law, it was nothing short of chaotic & disorganized. Over the last year of our family working with McIntyre, our experience has been full of poor communication, errors with their scheduling team, and finding errors in documents. Specifically, we were told documents would be provided at our appointment that was an hour away in downtown Charlotte. After the signing coordinator failed to provide these documents, we asked for them. It took nearly 30 minutes for a print out of a document that was likely not prepared in advance or else it would have been a quick print and not a 30 minute task. We were told 2 specific documents would be made available online, and it took multiple requests to finally have those available. One major document was requested and confirmed by 2 employees, but we were told this document wasn't available without an additional appointment. After continued communication and insistence, we finally received the document only to find it had more errors. Not what you expect or pay for when you hire an attorney.
Samantha was informative and offered services with no pressure . She listened carefully and put us at ease . She was flexible and honest. We are very happy with the outcome of our discussion. We chose to be clients of this firm ! Other staff was extremely friendly and helpful.
Met them at an Info session and made an appointment for Consultation. Quintessential Professionals!! Understood all my needs and the pricing for my plans - Very Doable!! Plus parking in Uptown convenient and paid for. I have trouble walking and my legs sometimes need that extra “arm” of support.
