Workers compensation Mr. Bollinger is very professional. His knowledge of worker’s compensation laws in North Carolina is impeccable. I live outside the of state of North Carolina but my injury was on the job, inside the company facility in North Carolina. Mr. Bollinger set up a couple of video consultation appointments initially to meet me and my wife because I could not travel. He explained the process we would be going through under North Carolina laws clearly. This made it easier to communicate with Mr. Bollinger. I then retained Mr. Bollinger. He understood the issues, difficulties and complications of my case. He answered questions mostly via email or text in a timely manner unless a phone appointment was necessary. I was very pleased with how Mr. Bollinger handled the case. If you are looking for a hard working and caring firm, he and his paralegal Vicki are wonderful to work with. Keith 03/11/2025

Mr. Bollinger and everyone at this firm proved to be extremely helpful every step of the way. This firm routinely worked after hours and weekends making sure my case and I’m sure other cases were looked after. When I had any questions I would email or texts and would receive a reply much quicker than I anticipated even on the weekends. I’m grateful for this team that stood behind me for many years. If you ever need a team this is it.

In 2022 Bobby Bollinger replied to a question on one of those "ask a lawyer" websites. His response was humorous and such a way that I should have known what the answer was before I asked it. A few days back I happened to run across that same website and decided to call the number listed for him. I wanted to let him know how helpful he was to me and that I wished he was practicing in Florida. Today I got a call from him, he actually took time to speak with me. He helped me to understand certain aspects regarding work-comp law. I wish I could give more than five stars because he is a lawyer taking time out in his busy schedule to actually call me knowing full well there's no compensation for him for his time. I for one would want him on my side and I would hire him in a heartbeat if only... he practiced in Florida I am not technically savvy but I'm going to try to send a screenshot of his reply
