  • Extensive Experience: With over 35 years solely dedicated to employment law litigation, Attorney Potter brings a profound level of expertise and insight to every case. This long-standing focus means he is well-versed in the nuances of state and federal employment laws.
  • Client-Focused Approach ("Opposite of a 'Mill'"): A key highlight is his commitment to maintaining a small caseload. Promotions or Special Offers

As a highly specialized employment litigation attorney, Attorney Don Potter's practice does not typically advertise generalized promotions or retail-style special offers. However, it is customary in employment law for attorneys to offer initial consultations to prospective clients. This crucial "offer" allows individuals in Oregon to discuss their specific workplace issues, understand their rights, and assess the viability of their case without an upfront financial commitment. Furthermore, many employment law cases, particularly those involving wrongful termination or discrimination, are often taken on a contingency fee basis. This means that attorney fees are only collected if a successful outcome (settlement or verdict) is achieved, making legal representation more accessible to individuals who may have lost their income due to workplace issues.
